Celestial Globe South West Limited is a London residential agency covering sales, lettings and full property management from one office in Grosvenor Gardens, minutes from Victoria. A large part of our work is acting for landlords who do not live in the UK, which means being the people on the ground: attending the property, dealing with contractors and councils, and reporting back in writing rather than assuming you will phone.
We are certified and accredited by Propertymark, our client money is protected by Propertymark Client Money Protection, and we are members of The Property Ombudsman redress scheme. Deposits are registered with the DPS or TDS, and safety certificates are tracked and renewed before they expire, not after.
