We negotiate offers and progress the sale through the chain to completion, and we handle identity and anti-money-laundering checks for you.
Lettings
Rental valuation and honest advice on achievable rent. Marketing, photography and accompanied viewings. Every applicant referenced through HomeLet for credit, affordability, employment and landlord history, plus Right to Rent checks. The tenancy is prepared and signed digitally through Goodlord, the deposit registered with the DPS or TDS, and the Prescribed Information served within the statutory deadline.
Property Management
Rent collected, arrears chased from day one, and a clear monthly statement. A named property manager, scheduled inspections with written photographic reports, and repairs through vetted, insured contractors. We keep gas safety, EICR, EPC, alarm and legionella compliance current, handle selective and HMO licensing, manage check-out and deposit negotiation, and support overseas landlords including the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme.
